pepper powder:1 teaspoon
balsamic vinegar:1 spoons

Cooking steps 
1. Put garlic, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, pepper powder, and an appropriate amount of salt in a bowl and stir well.


2. Peel potatoes and cut them into filaments. Soak in water for two minutes. Drain the water and remove it.

3. Cut the peppers powder in a circle and the chives in pieces.



4. Heat the oil in the pot, the pepper bursts into the pot until you smell the fragrance. Then put the shredded potatoes in the pan and stir-fry.



5. Pour the prepared sauce in advance and stir well, then add chives segments,continue to stir fry for about one minute.
